Are you a Cricut cartridge addict?

How many Cricut cartridges do you own?  I think I've lost count and will have to tally up later.

Where do you get most of  your cartridges from?  I mostly get mine off from ebay at the least expensive price, but when a new one comes out I may get it from Joann's or right from Cricut.com.

Do you refurbish your cutting mats or buy new ones?  I totally refurbish mine.  I haven't bought a new mat in quite awhile.

What are your favorite adhesives to use while Cricut crafting?  I love my Zig two way glue pen for small pieces.  I love my ATG gun for doing cards becauese the adhesive lasts a long time and holds up well.  I like Scott's Quick Dry for making mini albums.  I like mini glue dots for adhearing buttons and also Scrap Happy Sheer Glue for adhear tiwine and little buttons.

What are some of your favorite products to use with your Cricut crafting?

Minnie

I was so excited to finally get the Mickey and Friends cartridge. I used the K Andrew Designs "of mice and little men" stamp set on this card.

Halloween cards

I've had a lot of fun making some Halloween cards this weekend. I used Create a Critter to create the candy apple. Using the Tim Holtz Tea Die Distress ink on some ivory cardstock got me the perfect color for the caramel.

I used the Mini Monsters cartridge on the candy corn card. The Cardz TV stamp sets I have worked great for the sentiments.

We Will Never Forget

We Will Never Forget
By: Julie McElhinney

Stop to remember
With these moments of silence,
A day where our freedoms
Experienced such violence.

We come together
In memorial of the lost,
And will never forget
As we count the cost.

In The Mood For Fall

I stayed in bed most of today sick with a yucky cold. I've been fighting it for a week and it finally got the better of me. I managed to make one card a little bit ago and I love how it turned out.
I used the Simply Charmed cartridge to make this adorable scarecrow. I never cut the cheeks out with my Cricut though. I use my scallop hole punch and love how it looks!
I just got DCWVs new Halloween/Fall matstack and I LOVE it. It's also a ton of paper for a great price.
I need to really start working on my Cricut Christmas gifts. Have you been making any Cricut gifts for Christmas?

My Cricut Craft Room - Grandparent's Day Blog Hop

I'm really enjoying doing these fun blog hops with My Cricut Craft Room.  Meghan and I made this project for Grandma and Grandpa for Grandparent's Day.  We traced Meghan's hand and cut it out and glued it to the front.  That was the extend of 3-year old Meghan's help, except her saying it was pretty when it was done.
I used Once Upon A Princess for the front die cut.  I used Love You A Latte and made the image wider to do the book shape.  I cut them out with chipboard and covered with scrapbook paper from my stash, I THINK it's DCWV, but honestly am not sure.  I inked the edges of everything with Tim Holtz Tea Die distress ink.
The pictures on the inside are from the Football Hall of Fame balloon festival this year.  Meghan and I got our faces painted together at my work's tent.  We were SO COOL!!!  :o)  Your next stop on the hop is ERICA.
BLOG CANDY ALERT : for a chance to win some stickers from my stash, become a follower and leave a comment below about your favorite project that  you've made with your Cricut.

I used the Love You a Latte cartridge again to make another decor item for my new desk at work. I've been enjoying the coffee theme. I have a couple more projects in mind. Hopefully I can get them done this weekend too.

I used Country Life to do the apples on this card. The inside K Andrew Designs sentiment says, "to the core."
